Content: This course covers Patient Rights, the Concept of Ethics in Healthcare, Ethical Issues Encountered in Healthcare, Total Quality Management in Healthcare, Quality in Documentation, Medical Secretary Training, Secretarial Services and Qualifications, Ethical Responsibility of Medical Secretaries, Information and Document Management Systems, Document Retention Periods and Destruction Methods, Importance of File Retention, Filing Methods, Medical Archives, Archiving Methods, and Security of Archiving and Automation.
