The aim of this course is to teach students project management processes, methodologies, and application techniques; and to familiarize them with the tools and methods used in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases. The goal is for students to acquire the knowledge and skills to play an effective role in real-life projects. |

This course will cover fundamental project management concepts, the life cycle, project management knowledge areas, traditional and agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum), project planning techniques, time, cost and scope management, risk analysis, quality management, stakeholder management, and project monitoring and control processes. Furthermore, application skills will be developed through the use of project management software and case studies. |
