The course aims to enable students to develop, analyze, and gain an applied understanding of professional intervention strategies in the field of social work through theoretical knowledge and case analyses. In addition, it seeks to provide knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to crisis intervention, case management, and effective practices at different levels of social work (micro, mezzo, macro) within the framework of professional ethical principles. |
Content: |
Social work intervention strategies, methods for working with individuals and groups, case management, crisis and risk management, working with migrants, advocacy strategies, rights-based social work approaches, and innovative social work practices will be covered. In the later weeks of the course, case presentations will be conducted, and in addition to each case presentation, topics such as crisis, risk, and case management will be discussed. |
