| Objectives: | To provide information about the financial crises experienced in the Turkish and global economies and to provide an analytical perspective on the causes and consequences of the crises. |
| Content: | The fundamental subject of financial crises as a field of science is the analytical evaluation of the causes of crises that have emerged locally and globally in the 20th century, when globalization began, and especially from the 1980s, when financial integration accelerated, to the present day, in the context of their consequences on the scale of countries and global economies, and the effectiveness of the measures taken. |
