This course introduces the basic concepts, theoretical approaches, and research methods of psychology, and explains fundamental psychological processes such as sensation, perception, consciousness, learning, and memory. In addition, topics including lifespan development, personality, stress, and health psychology are addressed, with a focus on individuals’ psychological responses to health and illness, particularly psychological support approaches in chronic diseases. The course aims to provide a holistic perspective through the integration of theoretical knowledge with examples and discussions. |
