Contents of the course include quality and description of international law, difference of international law from domestic law and law in the EU and relations of it with domestic law and sources of international law (treaties, usage and custom, general principles of law, judicial opinion and doctrine); and bodies in international law (states, stateless human communities, international organizations and private persons), jurisdictional immunity, codification, succession principle of states, international organizations, diplomatic relations, ways and methods, private law bodies, organizational structure regarding the protection of human rights and liabilities of states. |
