| Content: | The course content covers the development of management sciences, the concepts of management and organization, definitions and characteristics of managers and leadership, classical, neoclassical, and modern management theories, and selected topics in contemporary management. It also covers the functions of management: planning, organizing, executing, coordinating, and controlling. |
