| Content: | Course content: basic concepts, the historical development of human resource management, human resource management planning and analysis methods, types of personnel needs, recruitment and selection, orientation, training management and career development, performance appraisal, job evaluation and compensation management, occupational health and safety, bureaucratic procedures and information systems, and examples of HRM applied in sports organizations. |
