Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to evaluate the process of efficient use of human resources in sports organizations, meeting employee expectations, and ensuring continuous development, as well as to make appropriate choices when determining human resources. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Course content: basic concepts, the historical development of human resource management, human resource management planning and analysis methods, types of personnel needs, recruitment and selection, orientation, training management and career development, performance appraisal, job evaluation and compensation management, occupational health and safety, bureaucratic procedures and information systems, and examples of HRM applied in sports organizations. |
