Objectives:	The aim of this course is to provide students with a general knowledge about the job description and responsibilities of all personnel involved in flight operations.
Content:	Flight safety, Passenger satisfaction and comfort, Duties and responsibilities of Cabin Services Manager, Pilot, Cabin Quality Supervisor and Cabin Crew, Pre-flight and post-flight duties and responsibilities of cabin crew, number and composition of cabin crew, flight duty time, tenure, attention at the hotel the required rules and the documents and documents that must be carried by the cabin crew.
