| Objectives: | In this course, it is aimed that the students understand the management systems, activities and strategies applied in international businesses and gain the ability to use these strategies in the management of international companies. During the course, students can interpret the different environmental conditions in which international organizations take place and exemplify the strategies that these organizations will use to increase their competitive power. |
