Objectives and Contents

Objectives: The objective of the course is to provide the students the ability to analyze human movements by using mechanical principles of physical education and spots and basic physics laws.
Content: Contents of the course include; biomechanics principles and movements of skeletal-muscle systems in sports, the importance of biomechanics in athletic performance,movement safety and prevention of injuries in sports, movement and types of movement, muscle and nerve activities, types of contractions, muscle, tendon mechanics and mechanics of muscle contraction, circulation, breathing mechanics, structure and chemistry of skeletal muscles, motion analysis, muscular strength, force, strength joints and analysis in sport techniques, analysis of sport techniques
