Objectives: | The objective of the course is to provide the students the knowledge and skills to prepare a special training program for the planning and periodicity principles in Tennis. |
Content: | Contents of the course include; factors effecting performance, strength and strength development methods, core training methods, weight training methods, maximal strength and development methods, speed and speed improvement methods, pliometric training methods, durability, aerobic and anaerobic training and training program periodicity, daily, weekly, monthly and annual training programs. |
