Objectives: This course aims to enable students to know the basic concepts of human resources management and understand the importance of effective use of human resources.
Content: Contents of the course include the subjects such as job definition and analyses in human resources units; job evaluation; worker finding, selection and measurement techniques; interview techniques; performance evaluation system and wage management; industrial relations; detailed information and studies on integrating information technologies into the HR process.
