AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	İstatistiki verileri derleme, bu verileri kullanma, problem çözme ve değerlendirmeyi sağlamaya ilişkin bilgilerin kazandırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
İçerik:	Temel İstatistik Kavramlarının Tanıtılması, Merkezi Eğilim Ölçüleri, Değişkenlik Ölçüleri, Olasılık ve Olasılık Hesaplama, Kesikli ve Sürekli Dağılımlar, Binom ve Poisson Dağılımları Normal Dağılım ve Sürekli Normal Dağılım Yöntem ve Uygulamaları

DERSİN ÖĞRENME ÇIKTILARI (Öğrenciler, bu dersi başarı ile tamamladıklarında aşağıda belirtilen bilgi, beceri ve/veya yetkinlikleri gösterirler.)
İstatistiğin temel kavramlarını açıklar.
Regresyon analizinde bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkeni açıklar.
Normal, simetrik ve asimetrik dağılımları açıklar.
Tek popülasyona ilişkin hipotez testlerini uygular.
Araştırmaya konu olan hipotezleri açıklar.
Popülasyon oranı için hipotez testini uygular.
Parametreler için güven aralıklarını inceler.
