AMAÇ VE İÇERİK
Amaç:	Dersin amacı, 6098 Sayılı Türk Borçlar Kanunu Genel Hükümlerin incelenmesi ile öğrenilen bilgileri yorumlama yetisi kazandırmaktır.
İçerik:	Ders kapsamında eski TBK ve Yargı kararları ele alınarak; borç ilişkisi, kaynakları, hukuki işlemler(özellikle sözleşmeler), haksız fiil, sebepsiz zenginleşme konuları incelenecektir.

6098 Sayılı TBK hükümlerini bilir.
Çözüme yönelik kanun hükümlerini sınıflandırır.
Temsil, Haksız fiil, sebepsiz zenginleşme gibi hukuki kurumları tanımlar.
Özel hukukun diğer alanlarını bu derste öğrendikleriyle örneklendirir.
Öğrendiklerini somut olaylar ile bağdaştırır.
Sözleşme kavramını ve sözleşme çeşitlerini özetler.
