AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: To give an introduction to · Semiconductor electronic components, (diode, BJT, FET MOSFET), · DC biasing of electronic components, · Small signal modelling and analysis of electronic circuits, · Analysis and design of single and multi-stage electronic amplifiers, · Modern approach to electronic circuit analysis by using computer tools: PSPICE, etc.

LO-1 Analysis and design of functional diode circuits. LO-2 Analysis and design of basic analog BJT amplifier configurations. LO-3 Analysis and design of basic analog MOSFET amplifier configurations. LO-4 Describe the characteristics, biasing techniques, and circuit models of semiconductor devices. LO-5 Formulate problem solving skills of electronics circuits. LO-6 Apply modern simulation tools such as Proteus for the design, analysis, and performance evaluations of electronics circuits.
