The mission of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is to train engineers who are sensitive to universal values, aiming to contribute to the problems of society with an innovative and open approach to development, where joint projects are carried out with international educational institutions recognized in their field.
Program Educational Objectives (PEO)
Our graduates who are trained within the framework of this main objective;
1. Develop or design safe, sustainable, economical and environmentally sound solutions to engineering problems during their professional life or through graduate research (1,2,6);
2. Advance in their careers by continuously improving their technical, management and oral and written communication skills, achieve professional competence, and assume responsibility and leadership roles in professional life (4,7);
3. To achieve their professional goals in an environment shaped by the diverse needs of society and the profession, taking into account ethical and cultural values (4,7);
4. To provide professional and innovative solutions to the public and private sectors for Electrical and Electronics Engineering and interdisciplinary problems (3,4,5);
The vision of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is to be a national and international leading education center that is in continuous development in the light of the latest technological developments, in the way of universal science and contemporary education, respectful to ethical values, producing knowledge for the benefit of society by making universal contributions to science and technology.
