1 Performs contextual, user, and functional analyses of the retail store structure. Throughout the semester, the spatial, functional, and contextual characteristics of a retail store with a street-facing facade and landscaped area in the city center are examined. 2 Creates scenarios and design concepts in accordance with user profiles, requirements, and environmental data. Review of prepared research studies.
