| Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to enable students to develop a concept for a retail store structure in the city center, analyze spatial functions, and acquire the ability to produce design analyses and presentations in accordance with professional presentation standards. |

Within the scope of the course, the functional organization of a retail store structure is examined; existing structural data are analyzed and translated into design; an original and functional project proposal is developed; and the project is represented and presented to a jury in accordance with professional presentation standards. |
