| Objectives: | The aim of this course is to enable students to develop concepts for a retail building in an urban center, analyze its spatial functions, and acquire the competence to produce and present design solutions in accordance with professional presentation standards. |
| Content: | The course covers the analysis of the functional organization of a retail building, the examination and integration of existing structural data into the design, the development of an original and functional project proposal, and the representation and presentation of this project to a jury in accordance with professional standards. |
