The aim of Food Quality Control and Analysis Program is; The aim of this course is to educate Food Quality Control and Analysis technicians who are able to meet the needs of the industry and who can perform their profession in national and international field by transferring basic food knowledge with modern educational methods.
Graduates who have successfully completed the program; public and private sector institutions and organizations to ensure food safety and quality of food and food contact materials and materials, including the primary production stage of production, processing and distribution stages, taking into account the minimum technical and hygienic conditions, food inspection and control services can carry out. In addition, public and private sector institutions and organizations can have the opportunity to work in laboratories related to microbiological analysis of food. For this purpose, they can work in the management, production and laboratory areas of the food industry affiliated to the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, in the general directorate of food control laboratories, public institutions such as Hifzisihha Institute, Tariş, Municipalities, Provincial Health Directorates, and in the food industry connected to the private sector, and they can open their own private workplaces.
Students can transfer to undergraduate programs of Plant Protection, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Nutrition and Dietetics, Agricultural Biotechnology.
