Logistics & Supply Chain Fundamentals Explain the scope and strategic role of logistics, and describe end-to-end logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment) within supply chains. Operational Decision-Making & Performance Trade-offs Evaluate key logistics decisions using cost–service–time trade-offs (e.g., mode/route selection, inventory and warehouse policies) to improve efficiency and customer service. International Trade Interface, Compliance & Sourcing Analyze how trade-related procedures (customs, documentation, cross-border coordination) and sourcing/contracting choices influence logistics flow, risk, and overall performance. Digitalization & Sustainability in Logistics Assess the role of logistics information systems/e-logistics and sustainability/green logistics practices in enhancing visibility, coordination, and responsible performance.
