Explain the main features and transformations of Türkiye’s foreign policy between 1960 and 2010 within bipolar and unipolar international systems
Analyze Türkiye’s relations with major international actors, including the United States, the USSR/Russia, and the EEC/EU, in their historical and strategic contexts
Evaluate the impact of regional dynamics in the Balkans, the Caucasus, and Central Asia on Türkiye’s foreign policy behavior
Apply theoretical and conceptual approaches from international relations to critically assess Türkiye’s foreign policy decisions and strategies
Develop independent and critical perspectives on continuity and change in Türkiye’s foreign policy during the Cold War and post–Cold War periods
