KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to) |
1) Recognize the basic circuit elements and perform their analysis using the
relevant laws.
2) Uses the methods used in the analysis of DC circuits.
3) Designs basic circuits and performs their analysis.
4) Explain the analysis, concepts and methods in engineering and realize designs.
5) Define the behavior of the circuits predicted as a result of analysis of the
natural and step responses of RL, RC and RLC circuits.
6) Perform transformations and simplifications in design to find equivalent
circuits.
7) Identifies solutions for realistic engineering problems. |
