OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course is to teach students the structure of Hospital Management and Health Organization. This course; It is aimed to provide the student with theoretical and practical knowledge about Health Institutions Management, Hospital Relations and Inter-Institutional Relations. Topics covered in the course; Health management, Management Functions and Responsibilities, different aspects from other businesses, the structure, management and characteristics of Hospital Organizations in Turkey, Emergency Health Services Management, Outpatient Health Services-Polyclinic Management in Hospitals, Performance and Motivation in Health Institutions.
Contents of the Course Unit: Health management, management functions and responsibilities of the different aspects from other businesses, the structure of hospital organizations in Turkey have management, özellikleri.acil Health Services Administration of the Outpatient Hospital Health Services-Outpatient Management, Performance in health facilities, basic information about the motivation of patient satisfaction, quality issue.
