Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course is to teach students the structure of Hospital Management and Health Organization. This course; It is aimed to provide the student with theoretical and practical knowledge about Health Institutions Management, Hospital Relations and Inter-Institutional Relations. Topics covered in the course; Health management, Management Functions and Responsibilities, different aspects from other businesses, the structure, management and characteristics of Hospital Organizations in Turkey, Emergency Health Services Management, Outpatient Health Services-Polyclinic Management in Hospitals, Performance and Motivation in Health Institutions. |
