OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: • The course aims to explain the importance of resource planning in the health business and materials management, and to introduce the structure in health institutions that presents health services accordingly that planning and management.
Contents of the Course Unit: Health systems and relationships with the external environment, Health Care Facilities, Organization Studies in Health Care Facilities, Health Care Facilities Production Management, Marketing Management in Health Care Facilities, Health Care Marketing Mix Elements, Capacity Planning: Health Care Finance, Service Providers Disbursement Patterns, Human Resource in Health Care Facilities Management, Strategic Management in Health Care Facilities, Health Care Facilities Performance Management.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

learn theoretical and practical knowledge about the general structure of the enterprise resource planning systems, through the applications of ERP.
Reinforces the theoretical knowledge gained through practice through case studies to be designed through the use of enterprise resource planning systems and integrated business processes.
