Objectives of the Course Unit: | • The course aims to explain the importance of resource planning in the health business and materials management, and to introduce the structure in health institutions that presents health services accordingly that planning and management. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Health systems and relationships with the external environment, Health Care Facilities, Organization Studies in Health Care Facilities, Health Care Facilities Production Management, Marketing Management in Health Care Facilities, Health Care Marketing Mix Elements, Capacity Planning: Health Care Finance, Service Providers Disbursement Patterns, Human Resource in Health Care Facilities Management, Strategic Management in Health Care Facilities, Health Care Facilities Performance Management. |
