OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	The aim is to provide information and skills related to the care of newborns and high-risk newborns.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Neonatal nursing covers the neonatal period, assessment of the health of newborns, and care of healthy and at-risk newborns.

Explains the importance of the newborn period
Evaluates the newborn and the family
