Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to improve aptitude for examining the behaviours of working individuals within the organization by considering the variables of group, organization and environment, analysing the formal and informal leadership effects on behaviours and informing about the basic concepts and application techniques of behavioural sciences. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic concepts and subjects of organizational behaviour, organizational culture, teamwork, conflict, the definition of leadership concept, leader manager relationship, characteristics of the effective leader, classical and modern leadership approaches. |
