OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim is to convey information to students and raise awareness about why and how new social movements took their place in the literature as "new", the representation of new social movements in the media and power relations. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
A historical overview of social movements, the definition and types of new social movements, and the media's presentations of new social movements constitute the content of this course. |
