Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce the concepts of industry and organization to the students of psychology department for 1 semester, to identify the problems in the existing real sector and solutions, and to compare the psychology practices in this field. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects such as "Industry and organization concepts, job analysis, personnel selection, job adaptation, job training, performance measurement, reporting, dismissal and downsizing, business expansion, growth and change, motivation and leadership". |
