OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to reveal the basic concepts in the field of Production management and the main decision subjects, show the proper solution ranges; introduce the main methods and tools in Production/operations management, express how to manufacture a product with the lowest price by using the current resources in the most economical way in accordance with quality and time conditions. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include understanding of basic concepts of the Production management as well as learning the production systems. Studying and interpreting production processes such as how product design is made, how to guess the demand and the points to pay attention on choosing technology. |
