Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce the regional integration initiatives in the world, the economic impacts of regional integrations in the world economy and the economic, political and administrative structure of the European Union. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects such as regional integrations, international integrations (CUSFTA, NAFTA, LAFTA, CACM, EFTA, APEC, EU), Formation of the European Union, Institutional Structure of the European Union, Field of Duties and Common Policies of the European Union, Customs Union Agreement and Turkey, EU - Turkey Negotiations, Membership, EU - Turkey Relations in Recent Period. |
