OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of lesson; To provide students with information about preparing micro and macro training plans for different gender and age groups. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Course content; Types of training, functional training types, facial training model, myofascial training model, myofascial exercise selection, test types used to determine performance, knowledge and skills to be used in technical tactical studies, training models that improve motoric features, micro and macro training for different gender and age groups covers planning issues. |
