OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to make students knowledgeable about the functions of management and to enable candidate managers to gain knowledge and develop their foresight regarding the discipline of management.
Contents of the Course Unit: Planning, organization, management, coordination, control functions, classical, neo-classical and modern management theories, management functions and management processes.
