OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Make discussion and analysis of complex finance problems, develop new data and research-based solution, describe the methods used to compare investment projects and ensure to perform an application on these issues.
Contents of the Course Unit: Decision Making In Engineering Problems, One Conservative Decision Making Problems , Cash Flows , Interest Accounts , Current Value And Future Value Analysis , Annual Equivalent Cash Flow Analysis , Internal Rate Of Return , External Rate Of Return , Depreciation Methods.

Student gains the information about the basic structure and elements of an investment project
Student gains the information of investment types, time value of money and interest, interest formulas and knowledge of types of interest.
