OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To teach the students the basic concepts of business, management and business functions in the level of understanding and analysis; To be able to make comparisons, interpretations and evaluations about the structures of business life.
Contents of the Course Unit: Concept of Business, Business Types and Industrial Enterprises; Business Objectives, Legal Structure, Growth and Mergers; Establishment of Business, Basic Operations and Management Functions, Manufacturing-Production Function and Management, Marketing Function and Management, Finance and Accounting Function and Management, Human Resources Function and Management, Public Relations Function and Management, R & D Function and Management.
