OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To teach students those food analysis techniques which are important for the food industry show their practical applications.
Contents of the Course Unit: Microbiological, toxicological analysis in foods and quality analysis techniques of raw milk and bread, the production of various traditional foods.
