OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It aims to learn texture coating in 3D designs.
Contents of the Course Unit: Preparation of texture images in Adobe Photoshop and autodesk Mudbox programs. Expression of verbal subjects on tissue coating and preparation. Introduction to Photoshop. Introduction to UV Map. UV expansion of different objects in Autodesk Maya program. Introduction to Autodesk Mudbox. Basic level Coating painting. It covers creating and outputting skins using a reference texture in a mudbox.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Knows how to prepare coatings for models made in 3D programs. Knows how to use Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk Mudbox programs. Knows how to get a different texture using reference skins. Learns the use of color and the layer system.
