OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: In order to reduce and minimize human error in aircraft accidents and crimes, the partnership aims to have knowledge about flight safety issues and, in parallel, to develop skills related to flight safety, adhering to the safety and culture of the partnership.
Contents of the Course Unit: General principles in CRM, human performance and limits, human factors in aviation, physiological aspects of human error, CRM in terms of cabin crew, personality behavior and attitude, coping with stress and stress, time management, fatigue and distraction, situational awareness, safety chain, chain of mistakes, decision making and vigilance, sterile cockpit, complacency, leadership, professionalism, communication.
