OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
Students will be introduced to business administration and the economic-political and cultural system in which the business is located. In this system, the basis for making due diligence, developing strategies and planning will be given. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Company, management system and culture. It includes the topics of sector and stakeholder analysis, strategic decision making planning and applications, making due diligence analysis, strategic guidance, strategic analysis, creating strategies, basic strategies and subgroups. |
