OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course provides students with basic administrative functions related to the management and gain a good infrastructure to understand contemporary developments in practice, is intended to be a scientific perspective
Contents of the Course Unit: The course will focus on topics such as basic concepts of management and its importance for businesses, compare management concept with similar concepts, development of management science, management system, planning and decision making, organization concept, participation in management, concepts of authority and power, post-modern management approaches, functions of management, personality and personality theories in management, organization principles and organizational structures, leadership, behavioral sciences in organizations, definition and importance of conflict.
