OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of the course is to provide sufficient information about the management and organization of the Aviation business that "will make it possible to survive in the long term and provide it with a competitive advantage and return on average profit", not with the management of the daily and ordinary business in general.
Contents of the Course Unit: Upon successful completion of the two hours a week course topics, students: *Finds solutions to the complexity of a business with simple ideas, *Finding the strengths and aspects of an organization that needs improvement and explaining the strategies that can be developed with different perspectives, *Interprets by reframing problems, *With artistry, choice, and leadership in business, she finds remedies for underutilized resources, people in pain, and high-risk ventures.
