Objectives of the Course Unit: | With the electronic commerce course, it is aimed to examine the new business understanding and applications within the electronic market structure and to reach the level of knowledge that can carry out electronic commerce transactions in working life. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Introduction to Electronic Commerce, Basic Concepts in Electronic Commerce, E-Commerce Site Setup Stages, Integrations on E-Commerce Site, E-Commerce Supplier Management, E-Commerce Logistics Management, Digital Marketing and Sales, E-Commerce Audience Analysis, E-Commerce Customer Service Management, E-Export and Government Incentives, It includes the topics of Introduction of Web Site Design and Development Programs and Analysis of Successful E-commerce Applications. |
