OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to discuss the theoretical knowledge about strategic management in logistics and to develop a strategic perspective.
Contents of the Course Unit: Concept of Strategy, Concepts Related to Strategy, Concept of Strategic Management, Importance of Strategic Management, Strategic Management Process, Strategic Management in Logistics, Strategic Analysis in Logistics, Strategic Management Techniques and Approaches in Logistics, Marketing Strategies in Logistics, Growth Strategies in Logistics, Crisis Management in Logistics, Corporate Social Responsibility in the Context of Strategic Management in Logistics.
