OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Students' understanding of the functions of human resources units in businesses, human resources to inform students about new developments and trends in the field of Human Resources Management.
Contents of the Course Unit: It covers topics related to HR practices such as the emergence of human resource management, job analysis, HR planning, procurement and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, career management, job evaluation and compensation, international HRM, current approaches.
