OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to gain knowledge about aboutemphasize the importance of human resources management and human resources management activities.
Contents of the Course Unit: Functions of human resources management in health institutions: staffing, job analysis, work study and job design, HR planning, HR provisioning and selection, staff mobility, development, socialization, personnel success evaluation, in-service training, compensation, job valuation, wage and social benefits , occupational health and safety, complaints and discipline, trade union relations

Applies performance evaluation
Applies recruitment and job placement techniques.
Sorts and applies measurement methods.
Calculate the payment and payment processes.

Categorizes the roles and responsibilities of employees.
Performance practices explain the management of employee-related processes, such as incentives, recruitment, staff selection and employment, staff training, leadership and monitoring.
