Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is aimed to gain knowledge about aboutemphasize the importance of human resources management and human resources management activities. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Functions of human resources management in health institutions: staffing, job analysis, work study and job design, HR planning, HR provisioning and selection, staff mobility, development, socialization, personnel success evaluation, in-service training, compensation, job valuation, wage and social benefits , occupational health and safety, complaints and discipline, trade union relations |
