OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of the course is to gain knowledge and attitudes about the management of health care professionals, health institutions and the principles and concepts that are important for the management of health workers. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Management-related concepts, management theories and processes, manager-leader characteristics, regulations of different institutions related to child development, characteristics and responsibilities of staff working in the institution, activities that will support communication and communication in the organization in a positive way, problems related to management and solutions |
