OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to help the students gain the ability to teach the pilates exercise techniques, to prepare the series of pilates techniques and to execute pilates exercise applications. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; classical and modern pilates approaches: examination of similarities and differences, basic, intermediate and advanced matwork and reformer exercises and practices; basic level cadillac exercises and formation of pilates exercise series. |
