OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to make the students understand the work flow of the food and beverage businesses and the functions of the business management.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course is management, production, service, security and marketing functions of Food and Beverage businesses and basic concepts and Food and Beverage businesses.
