| Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to enable students to develop a conceptual approach and produce a functional and original design for a multi-storey office building with a basement level, a street-facing façade, and landscaped areas, located in an urban center, by taking into consideration the relationships between the building, its users, and its surroundings. The course also aims to ensure that students can express their design through professional presentation tools and present it before a jury. |

Within the scope of this course, the following topics are addressed: spatial and functional analyses of an office building located in an urban center, featuring multiple storeys, a basement level, a street-facing façade, and landscaped areas; the analysis of existing structural data in line with user needs and environmental context and its translation into design decisions; the development of an architectural program within the framework of conceptual approaches; the production of original designs that meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements; and the presentation of these designs to a jury using professional presentation techniques. |
